violet4c Joined: 28 Nov 2010 Posts: 1 1.00 Dollars($)	Posted: Sun Nov 28, 2010 10:37 am    Post subject: Land/Mobile Home Like 0 Dislike 0 I trying to buy land and Mobile Home that is foreclosing, they can give me clear deed to land but a bill of sale without warranty to Mobile Home(DW) becuase they can not find the title the Mobile Home that is on the land do I legal own the Mibile home too? I was told by my local courthouse the title been surrender by the state, in Alabam what does that mean?

I haven't heard of title being surrendered by the state.
