I located and want to purchase a 6 acre site that has a single wide mobile home on it. The value is $80,000.00 plus and I need to borrow $65,000.00. I need to find an FHA lender that will finance this purchase for me

You can speak to the local FHA lenders of your area and check if they are ready to fund you. However, you should have a good credit score and income in order to qualify for a mobile home loan. Moreover your should note that mobile homes build prior to 1976 do not qualify for loans.
