Is their a company out there that uses moilbe homes for colatarol??

I need to know if there is a lender out there that will do a cash out loan so that I can use my house as leverage. The house is paid off.

Mobile homes can be used as a collateral to get loans. You can contact your local lenders and check out if they are ready to give you a loan on it. If you do not meet the required criteria for getting mobile home loans, you can look out for personal loans. These loans are available with the retailers who sell mobile homes. However, you should note that these loans are available at a higher rate of interest.
