I want to apply for loan against my land deed. I also own a single family house in Charlotte NC. Either one of those can qualify for loan then i'll take it. Thanks.

Land loans as well as home loans both are available. You should get in touch with the lenders and apply for a loan. It will be easier for you to qualify for a home loan. However, you need to meet all the required criteria of the lender.

You will have to talk to your lender when you want to apply for a loan. However, you must meet all the criteria of the lender to be eligible for the loan.
