I will suggest you to contact the Mexico based lenders and have a word with them in this regard. Like 0 Dislike 0 Yes you can, however you should be aware of the limits since VA guaranteed loans do not have a maximum dollar amount, lenders who sell their VA loans in the secondary market must limit the size of those loans to the maximums prescribed. In San Miguel, single family home is up to $417,000.00 and maximum guaranty is up to $1,000,000.
