Have an inquiry on NINA loans, are they still available???. Credit scores in the 740's. Loan amt. 357,000 LTV 70%.
Have signed contract already, need to close in 30 days. Do I stand a chance ???? self employed with a relatively new company.

Yes they are still available but with regional lenders. For example, I work with a lender who will only do NINA in the northeast and Florida. LTV would need to be 65%. What concerns me is that you have a new company. They would typically want to see at least two years of being self employed.

For self employed you will need a minimum of 2 years history
