Does anyone have any ideas on possible lenders? Credit is over 750.

Though your credit is good, unless you pay the down payment, you won't be able to get a mortgage. You can contact your friends and family members and check out if they can help you by gifting you money to pay the down payment for the loan. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
