Hello there... I am looking forward to purchase a home. For that I am taking into consideration all my loan options. Can anyone let me know about owner financing in details and what the required qualifications are?
Owner financing is also popularly known as seller financing. Here the owner or the present seller of the property will make financing to the buyer. The buyer will make monthly payments to the owner. Normally, this loan option is considered by people who have bad credit or who won't be able to afford closing costs.
You can check out for the FHA loans that require lower down payment as compared to any other traditional mortgage loan.
