my partener has a acre of land that was givin to him by his parents we would like to put a mobile home on it we would need to have a well and septic also as the land dose not have one. the mobile home we are living in now we can buy for 11000.00 dollars and it would have to be moved to the acer of land... i have ok credit not gonna lie have been late on a few payments here and there but nothing repoed or no forclosures... i have been on my job for about 7 years and make good money is this something you can help me with or know of a place that can help me? i need to get this done asap due to the land the trailer is on now has been sold. thanks

You will require a mobile home loan in order to buy the property and place it on the land. I would suggest you to contact the local lenders and get pre-approved for the loan. Depending upon your financial situation, debt to income, credit score, etc., you would get the loan.
