Can anyone recommend a private lender that will work with a foreign real estate investment firm on building a portfolio?

I am personally doubtful about the fact that one can will be easily ready to invest in foreign land as private lending.Most institutional funding is prevailing in the segment.
Most of the time people are reluctant to invest in foreign real estate because of the different governing laws prevailing in the different countries.
So, I would recommend that one should only go for those investments where one does have some control and can personally take decisions in any unforeseen situation.

Actually what I was looking for was a local lender for local investment properties...
The foreign entity is the buyer.
The foreign entity is the buyer.
If you looking private local lender, you can arch them in your location. :D
