I have 10 acres in WA state that I still owe on and I want to put a manufactured home on it. I have a discharged bankruptcy 20 months ago. Credit score is upper 600s. Monthly income approx $5,500. Debt is my property payment of 600.00 a month. I have a manufactured home that I am buying. I have put down $23,000.00 already, and I have another $45,000 available to use, which leaves me with $59,000 that I need to either get a loan or get financed. Is there anyone that will loan me or finance the remainder of the funds needed? Thanks, dragonfly

I think you can mortgage 10 acres to any local bank and that will surely get you enough loan to purchase the manufactured home.As you are putting higher mortgage your interest rate will also also be attractive.
