I am looking to purchase a home soon within the next 6 months or so but i have seen that the market has gone up would this be a good time to purchase or should i wait until the fall.?

Hi lsolano,

In my opinion, it is a good time to purchase a home. The rates are going low which will help you in getting a mortgage at a lower interest rate. If you have the required credit score and income, I would suggest you to contact your lender and get pre-qualified for the home loan and then start looking for homes.
