Hello everybody on this forum.

I have some question about bank financing & i know that i can get perfect replies to my question on this forum.

hey guys i just visited to new jersey to search better land to
purchase. then i thinking about be settle there.

I like one place there so i need 78K loan to purchase land. So i want to know that are there any finance company available there to give me loan to purchase a land.

I need your help & i waiting for your reply.

There are, no doubt, a number of lenders in New Jersey who offer loans for the purchse of a land. But to get one, you have to fulfil the different eligibility criteria set by different lenders. Your credit score and income are two major factors. You need to mention your credit score and approximate income to ascertain whether you can qualify for a loan.
