hi iam going to glasgow on a work permit and the job is permanent.i need 2 know whether i will get a mortgage and what is the procedure

where are you looking to take Mortgage. Glasow, UK?

Most of the lenders would look for some employment history in that country.

Different lenders have different criteria based on which they approve a loan. It's difficult to say whether a lender will offer you a loan in Glasgow based on your work permit. Most lenders, however, would like you to have a stable employment history in that country. You really need to talk with a lender in Glasgow to know if you can qualify.

Especially when you are goign to be on Emplyment permit, not only banks have thier rules you also need to look at Goverment restrictions on buying a property on work permit.
