While i was in my yard one day a realtor stopped & told me she has aclient interested in my mobile home She asked if i would be willing to pay a brokers fee. Her client is giving her a % & then she wants brokers fee from me?? Does this seem right? What do i get for hte brokers fee?? _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? This helps the seller to sell off the property as well. There is nothing wrong for the seller to pay the broker's fees. Thanks
