Can you give me some suggestions and things I should consider to protect myself during this term?

The attorney will negotiate with the seller and accordingly let you know the terms and conditions of the loan. Your rights as a buyer of the property will be mentioned in the agreement and this will protect you from any kind of harassment. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
