Hello, I receive an offer for a property I'm selling (FSBO) and I receive an offer for Seller Financing. Can you give me some suggestions and things I should consider to protect myself during this term?

Welcome canniejohnson,

While you go for a seller financing, you should contact an attorney and ask him to draft the agreement for you. The attorney will negotiate with the seller and accordingly let you know the terms and conditions of the loan. Your rights as a buyer of the property will be mentioned in the agreement and this will protect you from any kind of harassment.
