Hi! I'm new on this forum. I'm wondering if there are any lenders doing a stated program for self employed. I have search and searched and cannot find a direct lender. My clients have 700+ FICO and have above a 30% downpayment witch cash reserves. It just appears that all of these programs have gone out the window. Thanks!
