| I am trying to apply for a mortgage loan with less than perfect credit.. The loan is between 40,000.00 and 65,000.00.. I make 86,000.00 a year.. I qualify for the VA loan.. What should I do.. |

| They will not extend you a VA loan if your credit score is not at least 620.. That is your magic number. What is your credit score?? |

| You have to go through the terms & condition of VA loans. See, if you can fullfill the criteria if not then you will come to know what are the measures you need to take & according to that start working. |
