What is the verbiage on the sales contract to include closing costs in the loan amount?

All of the interest rates are to be determined and it is an FHA Loan with 3.5% down.

You can contact an attorney and he would help you in drafting the contract in such a way that it would state that the closing costs are included in the loan amount. Sussane
