i was told that this type of deed is not legal in Maine, do you know if this is true or not?

I don't think it is true. I feel a lady bird deed is valid in Maine.

Hi West,

It is true that Lady Bird Deed is not legal in Maine. Florida, Texas, Ohio, California, Kansas are the few states accepting this as legal.
