| hi, i have a morgage on a manufactured home I want to purchase another and can't sell this one. is there anything i can do to get out of this morgage. the home is a 1978 and i still owe 13,000. which i can't seem to sell it for. thank,s tamara |

Hi Tamara
Can I ask you one question?? How necessary it is for you to sell your house.
The reason I am asking is, as you already have the mortgage on that house so, it is illegal to sell. 1st you have to pay off the mortgage then you can sell it.
You have mentioned that you want to purchase another house, if you have the fund to buy another one then 1st you should clear the 13,000 and if you are thinking of taking a loan for another house then what best you can do is, take a loan for the 2nd house take 13, 000 out from the loan payoff the 1st mortgage.
This will allow you to sell you house more easily and there are various agencies who are ready to sell any kind of house for some reasonable charges.

One more thing after clearing the mortgage you can go for seller financing, as it will allow you to sell your house faster.
