Specialist advice while choosing a Manufactured Home.

I am looking to buy a used manufactured Home and have already looked for one. Though I have checked it and am comfortable with it but I feel I need a specialist's advice. Would some one be of help!

Con you please explain what you are actually asking?

Now I can say you that there are certain eligibility criteria to get approved for a mobile home or manufactured home loan. Your mobile home should have a permanent foundation and you should have more than 620 credit score.
