Do you refinance or give second mortgages on manufactured homes without land? I would like to know if you refinance or give second mortgages on manufactured homes without land? I have had the home for 11yrs. I bought it new. Thank you for your time.

Old manufactured homes doesn't worth much. How much do you owe now and how much is the manufactured homes worth currently?

Hi Dumass,

How much do you still owe on the first mortgage? there should be a purpose behind your refinancing or taking out a second loan. There are lenders who offer loans on manufactured homes without the land being involved. But the fact remains that your mobile home should have a permanent foundation. Is it there?
