Hi,
I am trying to find out the best way of having my daughter who is in a house we have purchsed, added to the deed.
In her community no more than three unrelated people can live there except if she is part owner.
What forms do I use? Quit deed?
How is that filed and with who.

Hi rgoldsm,

Adding your daughter to title of the house is not that difficult. All you need is a quitclaim deed through which you can transfer either whole or part of your share in the property to your daughter.
