we live in maryland, and our second mortgage was included in our chapter 7 we did not reaffirm the loan. We are 8 months behind, will the mortgage company and court system notify us before judgment or garnishment?

The second mortgage refers to the secured loans that is subordinate of another loans of the same property. The second mortgage involve a greater risk to the lender and borrower's.
