I owe nothing! All my fees are paid and up to date and would love to take this albacore off my shoulders. I tried to sell it , but had no takers. I just want it to go away. What to do?

What I own Is considered wothlwss by experts in the field. It is called "Holiday Float". I hear tell that the Sellers will not take it back because they rent the room out to walk-ins cheaper and often because the majority of the owners pay the maintanance fee and do not use the facility.

I would suggest you to follow George's opinion and speak to a developer. May be someone could get interested in your property. If that's not possible, you can walkaway from the property.
