My husband and I own outright a timeshare week in Massachusetts. We do not want it and don't want to pay the MF. How do I go about filing a quit claims deed back to the TS company?

Welcome llcbiz,

You will have to let the timeshare company know about your intentions of transferring the property. You can contact a real estate attorney and get a quit claim deed drafted from him. You'll have to fill out the deed in order to transfer the property back to the company.
