Hi Michael... The Mortage broker I have checked with lenders for a FHA loan and came back saying they want everything paid or removed... She's never done a FHA loan so perhaps she's mistaken or is asking the wrong lenders. She found a lender that will do the loan but they want 20% down, 9.8% interest rate locked in for 3 years... I dont want that, I'd rather wait until my credit gets clear.As I said in my initial post, I have Lexington law working right now to repair my credit, I'm only in the second month.... Anyway, If you can help me get a FHA loan, I'm open to working with you.Thanks Nick | ||||
