Caresid	HII have found a home in MI and have a real estate agent,I am looking for FHA financing, my loan officer submitted my request to manual underwritting and the first one was denied within 12 days, I have a bankruptcy that will be 2 years old in June, my lease is up and we are trying to get this done now, my loan officer submitted my request to Wells Fargo, it has been 6 weeks next week with no yes or no, they just keep saying they need a couple more days, I did receive a packet of disclosure info, financing and when the first payment would be due, I had to sign a couple papers that I had read this. . but still no firm yes or no for that matter. My loan officer just wont ask them whats taking so long or he knows and wont tell me, he rarely calls me back and says "Its out of my hands" What can I do, I have paid the seller $500, I do have a real estate agent.The home was selling for $69,000 and he agreed to sell it for $65,500. Today I contacted Wells Fargo Mtg and left an email, they wanted to know who my loan officer was and I never heard back. . why must this be so secretive, in your opinion what do you think is going on and what should I do next, they say by next Tuesday I should know but I've heard that before.Thanks. . . I am an experienced real estate investor as well as a former bank loan officer and a personal financial consultant. I think that my knowledge can be valuable to the community.
