It is a good decision to take a 203k loan, if you are going to buy a house in need of repair. There are various lenders who process 203k loans. You can visit the HUD website to find a lender in your area at http://www.hud.gov/ll/code/llslcrit.cfm .
You can also go for a no obligation free mortgage quote from the lenders in this community. There are quite a number of lenders in this community who offer loans in Michigan. They will assess your financial situation, your credit etc. and will offer you free mortgage quotes, given you qualify for the loan. This will help you know the rates and terms at which you can expect to get the loan. |

| See if you can find a 'Metro Cities Mortgage' in your area. They are pushing the streamline 203k. You can also go to the HUD website and search lenders under the 203k. |
