I received a notice of foreclosure, that I don't qualify for the modification and they want all the money up front with a money order by Wed. 13 of Oct. $9,000.00. What are mym options?

Hi Guest,

If the lender has already offered you a permanent modification, then the lender cannot cancel it simply. You should speak to your lender immediately and clarify the whole matter. The lender has to give you an explanation regarding the same.

Thanks
