I,m in Michigan and am currently in forclosure. The home didn,t sell at the sheriff sale. I was given 12 months redemption period to buy back. What happens now? If I have to move out do I get another notice? When they sell the house for less than what I owe do I have to pay the difference? This is a FHA loan through GMAC. Help

Welcome waterry,

If you cannot redeem your property, then the lender will send you an eviction notice and you will have to leave the property within the given period mentioned in the notice.
