Like 0 Dislike 0 IN MICHIGAN, GRANDMA HAS A HOUSE ALL PD FOR, THE WILL HAD HER GRANDSON NAME ON IT, BUT THE LAWYER LOST THE PAPERWORK, EVERY FAMILY MEMBER SIGNED OFF THE HOUSE & ITS NOTERIZED.G-MA DIED ABOUT 10 YR AGO. BUT THE G-SON HAS BEEN PAYING ALL THE TAXES & UPKEEP OF THE HOUSE, HOW CAN HE GET THE HOUSE IN HIS NAME? YES HE IS BEHIND IN TAXES BY 3 YRS. IT IS NOT FORECLOSURE. HELP PLEASE.

The grandson should contact the attorney and check out what he can do in order to get the property transferred in his name. Thanks
