Hi marleaux,

Welcome to mortgage fit,

I know how disheartening it is to see the downfall of all our sweat-earned home....

But nevertheless all the financial decision can not be solely taken on the basis of emotions and if does so it will eventually end up with losses in hand.

So before reaching any conclusion in hurry-bury you should at least take an opinion of 4-5 people who are either experts in real estates or financial domain.

You may immediately get a condo and can start with a simple life but think in a positive way............if tomorrow may be after 2-3 years condition of the market improves, you may get a good salary.....you may have money in hand.......but the prices will be high and you won't be able to afford to buy a new house........
What you will do in that condition????

I have just raised some question instead of straightly answering your query. But I think this brainstorming is much needed and it is the need of the hour before it get too late.........

Feel free to ask any further query if you have..........

DIPA
