aubrey Guest	Posted: Tue Jan 24, 2012 5:26 pm    Post subject: Judgements Like 1 Dislike 0 received judgement for a second mortage the first and home went through foreclosure this happened in Michigan 2009, now live in South Carolina and judgement is from michigan. What to do now?

He cannot come after your property or savings account in South Carolina. If he wants to come after you in South Carolina, then he will have to get a judgment from a South Carolina court. Thanks
