I will not be part of the mortgage loan because I am still repaying some medical bills from a life saving surgery from before. However, is it possible to not have my name on the mortgage loan but on the deed? We live in Michigan. Any answers would be greatly appreciated. _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? You can ask your husband to sign a quit claim deed and add your name to the property.
