Home owner in Michigan would like to add minor nephew to the deed. 50/50 split property free and clear.

As far as I know, a person cannot transfer property to a minor with the help of any deed. However, for the benefit of the minor, you can transfer the property to a trust. To know more on the same issue, check out the given page:
