| My parents have died leaving a small home in Michigan, in order to get it insured I need a quit claim deed in my name. I am the persona representative of their estate. How do I get a quit claim deed for the property |

you can submit their deat certificate along with affidevit of heirship.
there is no need of any quit claim deed |

| Isn't there an attorney involed with the estate proceeding? Was there a will? Do you have siblings that may be entitled to a share of the property? You need to contact an attorney to determine what exactly needs to be done. |
