Hello,
In Michigan is a quit claim deed valid which is only notarized and has no witnesses?

Hi mapger,

I don't think the quitclaim deed will be considered valid if it has no witnesses. As far as I know, notarized means to certify or validate a signature on the deed as a notary public. So, in this case, when the deed is notarized, it means that the deed has been validated. You will now have to record it at the county recorder's office.

Thanks
