Guest	Posted: Thu Sep 27, 2007 12:33 pm    Post subject: Like 0 Dislike 0 I believe the appraiser may define it as rural although since it is typical for the area..small town..it may be called suburban instead.If it were not a reo I would have suggested cutting description to smaller sz but reo cos are cumbersome to deal with.
