Hey I was wondering if anyone knows if you can still roll over closing costs into a new loan when buying a house in michigan??

My mortgage lady told me that they just past a law 6 months ago stopping the roll overs...Can I ask you how do you know??

Hi AprilO,

It may vary from lender to lender. Some lenders would allow you to roll in your closing costs within the mortgage. In some cases, the seller can also pay the closing costs on behalf of the buyer.
