the house is in foreclosure. does the house have to be vacated prior to the end of redemption period?

Hi bordersalan,

After the foreclosure sale is complete, you will have to leave the property. You will get the required time period to redeem the property as per your state laws. You need to redeem the property from the new owner who has purchased the property after the sale.
