All siblings names are on the deed of their father's house. This is in the state of Michigan. My husband's name on title. It lists that he is a married man. Does the wife have to sign off also if the house is sold. Or can he just sign.

I would double check with Michigan law, but Minnesota would require the wife to sign also. There is a saying one to buy 2 to sell meaning that the spouse is not need to buy but is required to sell.
