I live in Mississippi and I am in default on my mobile home loan. I have friends that are letting me move in there 2nd home. I'm tired of the struggling so my home will be repossesed. I need to know how much time I will have to get my belongings out of the home when the lender decides to repossess?

As far as I know, you would receive a notice to leave the property within a certain date once the sale of the mobile home is finalized. You'll have to leave the property within that date. If you don't do so, the sheriff will forcibly remove you from the property.
