Where to find houses in missouri to take over up to date house payments ?

So we need to find homes in Missouri that people want to move out off but are willing to allow people to assume the payments. And the worst part is we will be moving the week before christmas. How would I find these properties ? Thanks for your help.

He might be able to let you know the list of properties which you can rent as well as assume the payments. Thanks
