My Wife and I are both widowed and were married this year and I moved into my wife’s home. We live in St Louis county, Missouri and want to include both of our names on the property. Can we use a Quit Claim Deed for this?

Hi cebaxl,

You can use a quit claim deed to include both the names in the property deed. If your wife's name is already mentioned in the property deed, then she will have to sign a deed and add your name in it. Her name will be mentioned as grantor and both of your names would be mentioned as the grantee to the property.
