MY WIFE AND I WANT TO BUY A MOBILE HOME. OUR CREDIT SCORES ARE AROUND 590 BUT OUR INCOME IS AROUND $95k. could we still qualify.

I suggest you wait for some more time till your credit score improves. Have a look at the credit repair tool and use it to fix bad credit. Your score will hopefully go up. You'll find the tool at http://www.mortgagefit.com/calculators/credit-repair.html .
