Would like to do a Loan Consolidation with some extra cash to do some updates on our home and purchase property adjacent to ours.

Welcome bfrotten,

I suppose you are trying to consolidate some of your debts by taking out a cash-out refinance loan on your doublewide mobile home. Is that so? and the extra cash can go towards home repairand then buying the adjacent property.

How much balance do you have on your existing mortgage? and how's your credit record and score?
