| I want to purchase my friends moblie home it is a single wide, but I would need to fiance it. No one I have called will fiance a singlewide. |

Welcome to the forum.
Double wide are more popular but still people buy single wide and get finance for it. So what is the problem for you? Can you please explain your situation in detail.

I know 1 bank that lends in multiple states and allows a Single Wide.
Here is a link to the Bank's site. Also they do offer wholesale. (Directed at Brokers)

You may check out with some lenders in our community. The lenders offer a variety of loan programs on different types of properties. So, if you are interested, you may send us your request for mortgage quotes with the minimum required details.
As soon as we receive your request, we shall pass it on to selected community lenders and they shall try to match their profiles with your loan requirements. And, they shall contact you if they find that they'll be able to offer you a loan program that suits your needs.
However, prior to requesting for quotes, check out the Faqs on mobile home loans in case you'd like to know more and then proceed.

| You can get loan for a mobile home from many lenders, If you are buying the mobile home along with the land it stands in, means you are eligible for getting a loan for purchasing the mobile home. I believe the appraisal will be 1004C |

many times you will find that mobile home dealers have financing availability. if you are buying a home in a park, your first stop ought to be the office. mobile homes are not usually financeable by mortgage lenders; you may also get some good information by simply doing an internet search, such as "mobile home loan financing."

An FHA-approved lender/broker can write you a purchase loan on a minimum 320 sq-ft mobile home post-1976 with an FHA-appraisal. Go to the FHA website for ultra-detailed descriptions, or call an FHA lender which you can also find on the site: http://www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/sfh/mhs/mhssht3.cfm
