FHA will do double wides, but being 14 ft, that sounds like a single wide. Single wides are very difficult to get done anymore. _________________ For more information on credit repair, please visit my blog, http://creditrepair4u.wordpress.com , or my site, http://freecreditreportnow.org .

| Thank you for your reply; and yes, you are correct. It would not qualify with FHA, since the Title is for Home only, no land included; please however note that this split level style home is permanently attached to .20 acre leased lot with public water and sewer in a homeowner occupied, all age, American Residential Community. |

Without land, it is mre like financing a car vs a home, a regular mortgage is not an option. Try using a combination of other credit lines that the borrower already has...credit cards, personal credit lines. You could also try stopping into a mobile home dealership and inquiring if they have any options for you. Sorry, I'm not much help. _________________ Need help choosing the right loan?
